Sue's Doggie Doo's was formed by Sue Bartl, a graduate of Petite Pooch Grooming Academy

in Addison, Texas.  A life-long love of dogs has brought her to this wonderful career.

We subscribe to the highest pet industry standards in the care and grooming of your dog. 

Each of our staff undergoes special training before they begin their job.  We have an ongoing

concern for the humane treatment of all pets.

PET GROOMER'S REPORT & HEALTH ALERT

We provide a written report of observations made of your dog which concern it's health.  A recommendation

for veterinary attention may be made.  The report covers conditions which appear obvious to the groomer

from experience handling dogs.  It is not intended to replace regular check-ups by your veterinarian nor is

it a medical examination.  It is a courtesy extended to the dog owner out of humane concern for the health

of the pet.

PET RECORDS

Individual records are maintained about your dog including the following:

• Owner's name, address and telephone.
• Emergency contact information.
• Dog's name, special needs, and health status.
• Veterinarian's name, address, and telephone number.

ILL, AGED OR DISABLED DOGS

Special services are available for ill, aged, or disabled dogs.  Please inquire.  For the safety of your dog,

prescribed shampoos must be accompanied by written instructions from your veterinarian.

BATH & TRIM

Your dog is lovingly bathed by well-trained groomers.  We use a special procedure which emphasizes

your dog's safety and comfort.

Your dog is trimmed by highly-trained and certified dog groomers.  We will trim your dog to your

request.  If you prefer, we will select the most popular and fitting style for your dog from our wide

range of options.

Your dog is observed for any health problems, and you receive a report of our observations every time

your dog is groomed.

• Your dog's ears are checked, cleaned and deodorized.
• Your dog's nails are trimmed.
• During the bath, we protect eyes, ears, and sensitive body parts.
• Non-toxic, all natural deflea products are used as needed.
• Your dog is fluff-dried using strict safety standards.

FEES

An additional charge may apply to specail conditions requiring unusual time and effort.  These include: 

severely matted and knotted coats, irregular or overdue grooming and dogs with behavior problems. 

You will be informed in advance if an additional charge is warranted.

We respectfully request 24 hour notification for

all cancellations.  Missed appointments are subject

to a service fee.

Payment can be made by cash or personal check.

Payment is required upon completion of services.

Returned Checks will be subject to a $20.00 or 10% returned

check fee, whichever amount is greater.
